Welcome to Bellavero Manufacturing (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all customers, visitors, and users of our services. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using our services.

Bellavero Manufacturing offers 3D printing and manufacturing services. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or withdraw products at our discretion. Prices and availability of products or services are subject to change without notice.

Our services include CAD design, prototyping, 3D printing, finishing, and delivery of custom-manufactured parts. Products refer to physical goods resulting from those services.

When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Full payment is required upon order confirmation unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Quotes are valid for the period specified on the quote and may change based on material costs or design changes.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time, including after an order has been confirmed, in cases where we suspect fraud, unauthorized transactions, or inaccuracies in the pricing or availability of products. Refunds will be provided where applicable.

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and specifications of our services and products. However, Bellavero Manufacturing does not guarantee that the information on our website is error-free, complete, or current. You acknowledge that:

• No Warranty: All products and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• Website Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website or services and are not liable for any downtime or technical issues.

All content, including but not limited to text, images, designs, and code, is owned by or licensed to Bellavero Manufacturing and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any of the content on our website for commercial purposes without explicit written consent. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

By submitting content or files to us, you represent that you have the right to use them, and you grant us a non-exclusive license to use them solely to fulfill your order.

By using our website or services, you agree to the following rules of conduct:

• Unlawful Behavior: You must not use our services for illegal activities or to promote unlawful behavior.
• Prohibited Content: You must not engage in hate speech, bullying, defamation, or harassment in any form.
• Spam and Promotions: You must not use our website for unsolicited advertising, promotions, or spam.

Failure to comply with these terms may result in the suspension or termination of your account and access to our services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bellavero Manufacturing will not be held liable for any damages arising from the use of our services or website, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, business, or profits
• Website downtime or interruptions
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the content
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, even if we were advised of the possibility

You agree to indemnify and hold Bellavero Manufacturing harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms. Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the product or service.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that production has not started. Once production begins, cancellations or refunds may not be available. Exceptions may apply in cases of defects or errors on our part. Please contact us for specific situations.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise arranged.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, if we determine that you have violated any part of these Terms or engaged in prohibited conduct.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal obligations. Any changes will be posted on this page, and you agree to review the Terms regularly. Your continued use of our services after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New-Brunswick, Canada. Any disputes arising from your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New-Brunswick.

This disclaimer applies to all quotes, orders, products, and services provided by Bellavero Manufacturing, including but not limited to the design and manufacture of automotive parts, mechanical and industrial components, prototyping services, and signage/display products.

By proceeding with a quote or placing an order, the client (“you”) agrees to the following terms:

All parts and products are custom-manufactured according to the specifications and information provided by the client at the time of order. Bellavero Manufacturing produces components using industry-grade materials and methods appropriate to the requested function.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Automotive and industrial components are not certified by OEM, DOT, CSA, or other regulatory agencies, and may not be suitable for road use or safety-critical applications.
• Functional, structural, or mechanical parts should be tested and validated by the client in the actual operating environment before use.
• Prototypes are intended for conceptual, fitment, or non-final use unless specifically engineered and validated for production.
• Signage and display products are not intended to bear mechanical loads or exposure to harsh environments unless specified in writing.

It is the client’s responsibility to:

• Confirm the suitability of all materials, tolerances, and performance expectations prior to production.
• Ensure that the product is installed, tested, and used appropriately and safely.
• Verify that any part used in regulated or public applications meets legal and safety requirements.

Bellavero Manufacturing assumes no responsibility for the misuse, incorrect installation, or unintended application of its products. 

We recommend that all components be installed by a qualified technician.

Additive manufacturing and fabrication processes have inherent limitations in terms of layer bonding, material fatigue, temperature resistance, and chemical compatibility. Clients are encouraged to:

• Specify material performance requirements when placing orders.
• Request engineering assistance or material guidance when uncertain.
• Understand that visual variations, minor tolerances, and surface finishes may vary between units or batches.

Clients assume responsibility for validating part performance unless explicitly contracted otherwise.

If you submit files, sketches, or designs:

• You confirm that you own or have legal rights to reproduce the intellectual property provided.
• You are solely responsible for the form, fit, function, and safety of the resulting product.
• Bellavero Manufacturing does not independently test or verify third-party designs unless contracted to do so.
• We may, at our discretion, refuse to produce any design that appears to infringe on another party’s rights.

Bellavero Manufacturing will not replicate or produce your proprietary designs for third parties without written permission.

Bellavero Manufacturing is committed to producing high-quality, value-driven custom components. We stand behind our craftsmanship and are happy to address concerns related to accuracy or visible defects within a reasonable timeframe following delivery.

All products and services are provided “as-is,” without express or implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or compliance with any specific industry standard unless expressly stated in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Bellavero Manufacturing is not liable for any damages arising from use or misuse of its products, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, business interruption, or financial loss.
• The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Bellavero Manufacturing from any and all claims, actions, liabilities, or expenses resulting from the use of any part or service.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the affected product or service.

Due to the custom nature of our work:

• Quotes are valid for the duration specified and subject to change based on material cost or design revisions.
• Orders may not be cancelled once production has begun.
• Refunds, returns, or remakes are at the discretion of Bellavero Manufacturing and are considered only in cases of verified production error.

Bellavero Manufacturing is not responsible for shipping delays, damage, or loss once an order has been handed off to a third-party carrier. Risk of loss transfers to the client upon shipment unless alternate arrangements are made in writing.

Unless otherwise requested in writing prior to production, Bellavero Manufacturing reserves the right to photograph and showcase completed work (excluding confidential client data) in our portfolio, marketing materials, or social platforms.

Note: Clients may request exclusion of their work from marketing use before production begins.

This disclaimer shall be governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New Brunswick.

All parts and assemblies should be tested by the client under intended operating conditions prior to full-scale use or deployment. Bellavero Manufacturing does not conduct real-world durability, stress, or safety testing unless expressly contracted to do so.

Bellavero Manufacturing is not responsible for the fitment, function, or failure of any component that interfaces with third-party hardware or systems unless those components were provided to us during the design or fitting process.

The client is responsible for ensuring that any part or design complies with local regulations, safety standards, or export restrictions applicable to its intended use or country of destination.

Bellavero Manufacturing is not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including supply chain disruptions, natural disasters, labor shortages, acts of war, pandemics, cyberattacks, or changes in law.

By accepting a quote, submitting an order, or using any product or service from Bellavero Manufacturing, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in this disclaimer.
